SMART AGGRESSIVE EDITORS WANTED

We’re Pitchtopia, a social network linking agents, book editors, magazine
editors and promising writers.

We’re a growing company, and we’re looking for two small groups of editors
to join our team. The first group will work remotely, on a part-time or
project basis. The second, smaller group will work full-time.

The job's primary function entails reading through hundreds of our writer-
members’ queries and pitches each week, so that we can highlight the most
interesting ones for our member-agents and –editors.

Qualifications:
• Experience separating wheat from chaff in an editorial environment. If
you’ve combed through queries, slogged through a slush pile, and found the
rare gems buried amidst the cubic zirconia---especially if you enjoyed the
process---then this might be the place for you.
• Experience working for major publishers, agencies, magazines or other
media is a plus.
• For part-time positions, we’re okay with you working for another
publisher (as long as they're okay with it too).

WRITER TO FINISH ACTION SCRIPT NEEDED

I hired a writer to write a script for an action movie based on a story
and characters I presented, I got about 25 pages and never heard from him
again. I hired another one and that didnt work out either. I cant start
casting and real pre production until its done.

We are looking for a talented marketing copywriter for a consistent part-
time writing gig. 5-20 hours a week.

We are setting up a product development and marketing company and have a
lot of writing to get done in the next few weeks, ex. general marketing
content, website content, PR, brochures, product description, product
names, tag lines, etc. Given the nature of the business there will be a
continual flow of such work over time.

The "voice" of our company is very important to us, but we are also on a
limited budget. As such, we are looking for someone willing to charge a

between what you would expect as an employee copywriter vs. what you would
charge for regular consulting services. For the right person, this could
work out well for both of us.
