I have written a rough draft of a business book about real estate
investing. I have a bound draft of about 200 pages which I published via
Lulu.com. There are approximately 30 humorous illustrations that were made
specifically for the book.

There are a number of rough transitions and some sections that need to be

was a writing tutor at college so it should be fairly clear.

The challenge is to take what I have and polish it. The ideal person for
this job will also bring some vision as to how we can make this book an
evergreen title--a really useful, simple, fun guide to making solid
investments in income property such as apartments and shopping centers. I
hope to attract a real publisher once we can present a very professional
finished product.

I will provide an acknowledgement of the editor's work in the
