Bi-Lingual Technical Writer (virtual position)

Manpower Professional has a great opportunity creative director/Technical
Writer/Instructional Designer will need to be able to develop (design &
copywrite) bilingual (Spanish & English) materials that will be used in a
Hispanic marketing pilot. Materials could include print, online and
training decks.

* Responsible for planning, organizing, writing and editing operational,
maintenance, test procedure manuals.
* Researches technical design specifications, interface design, design
diagrams or test specifications.
* Acquires and organizes basic source material, including applicable
specifications, engineering write-ups, and drawing packages.
* Helps coordinate the layout and design of the material.

Competencies:
This person must bring extensive knowledge if the mass affluent Hispanic
market, be a strong writer in both English & Spanish, and have proven
success developing bilingual materials.

Skills:
* BA Degree and 10+ yrs technical writer/instructional designer experience
is required.
* He/she must have worked on several high level Hispanic marketing projects
with other companies.
* Samples of his/her work will be necessary in the interview process.
* This person should have their own workspace and./or design studio/office
outside of client headquarters.
